You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send me (Kirsten Heuschen, owner Blaues Glück, Kiwittredder 96, 22399 Hamburg, 0049 176 - 827 99 237, kirsten @ blauesglueck.de) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). -Mail) about your decision to revoke this contract.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, I will reimburse you all payments that I have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by me), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, I use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the services should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay me a reasonable amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you informed me of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Refund policy

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unaltered, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at kirsten @ blauesglueck.de. Please note that returns will need to be sent at the customer's cost to the following address: Kirsten Heuschen, Kiwittredder 96, 22399 Hamburg, Germany. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item or the packaging is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (commissions or personalized artwork). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or on items damaged after receipt by the customer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unaltered, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
