From spring to fall the courses take place in a private garden. 📍Address: Kiwittredder 96, 22399 Hamburg. It’s a corner property, and the entrance is on Kupferteichweg. On site, there is a sheltered, light-filled area that we use depending on the weather.

What should I bring?
I'll provide a large selection of photographic templates and objects for exposure. You are welcome to bring your own objects and templates with you.
I will provide paper in A5 and A4 size. You are also welcome to bring your own paper for experimenting. It can be a maximum of A4 size (150 - 300g). Colored papers can also produce interesting results.
Can I expose my own photos as a blue print?
Yes. Your photos and templates must be printed out on tracing paper or film. Tracing paper is cheaper and just as good. The motifs must be b+w and inverted, ie. you need a negative! The size ratio is 1:1 (a DIN A4 template results in a DIN A4 picture, etc.).
In a copy shop you should ask for the printout to be as opaque as possible (like for screen printing). In Berlin you can get very good quality and prices at Trigger Copy or Centralstation, for example.
Is the photo chemistry toxic?
The photochemistry is non-toxic to humans. In high concentrations, the chemistry can be harmful to aquatic organisms. Rinsing water should therefore not be disposed of down the drain, but at the BSR ’s or Stadreinigung Hamburg 's pollutant collection points. In Berlin private households can hand in small amounts (up to 20 kg) free of charge. In Hamburg there are no specified amounts listed.
